Urethane coating

"Urethane coating" is a two-component ether-based polyurethane. It cures at room temperature, allowing it to be coated on almost all substrates, including plastics (excluding liquids and gases) and wood. It has excellent chemical resistance, is good against most oils and moisture, and has a wide range of resistance to light, ozone, and oxygen. 【Characteristics】 ■ Sound absorption: Approximately 15% to 18% noise reduction effect with a 1mm thick parts feeder ■ Impact resistance: Urethane has high elasticity, making it excellent at shock absorption ■ Abrasion resistance: It has outstanding abrasion resistance compared to wear-resistant steel and others ■ Electrical insulation: Sufficiently insulating for frequency resistance values below 100°C and up to 10K cycles ■ Weather resistance: Wide resistance to light, ozone, and oxygen ■ Chemical resistance/oil resistance/water resistance: Good against most oils and moisture *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
